Tony joins the Mayors Migration Council (MMC) as its first Senior Finance Manager. He is an experienced financial planning and analysis (FP&A) manager with interests in sustainability, economic development, urban planning, and education. Previously, Tony worked at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) where he oversaw the organization’s programmatic, operating, and capital budgets.

In his role as Senior Finance Manager, Tony manages the MMC’s annual budget, grants, financial analysis, and reporting. He is passionate about data and extracting insights. Tony received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Zicklin School of Business at CUNY Baruch College.
