Erin Worden

Knowledge and Impact Manager

A humanitarian-development professional, Erin has worked alongside displaced communities from Athens to Fes. Erin’s work focuses on global refugee and emergency response, with an emphasis on refugees and migrants with non-dominant identities, including women and girls. Erin has consulted on projects in humanitarian settings with CARE and Ipas and previously worked at the Women’s Refugee Commission. With her background managing complex, multi-partner programs, Erin brings her sharp ability to synthesize data, learn from programs, and narrate stories with impact to ensure that refugees and migrants are better included in their cities and communities.

Erin holds a Master of Public Administration in International Development Policy and Management from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Studies and English Literature from Denison University.
