Erin Worden

Knowledge and Impact Manager

As Knowledge & Impact Manager, Erin leads and manages the Mayors Migration Council’s Knowledge portfolio, ensuring high-quality data and research fuels cities’ leadership on migration and displacement. She oversees the MMC’s monitoring and evaluation framework and systems, manages research partners and projects, and disseminates knowledge products through high-impact storytelling.

A humanitarian-development professional, Erin has managed global programs for nearly 10 years that serve displaced, migrant, and refugee communities, with an emphasis on those with non-dominant identities and accountability to affected populations. Before joining MMC, Erin consulted on humanitarian projects in Colombia with CARE and in Kenya with Ipas. Previously, Erin worked on sexual and reproductive health and rights programs at the Women’s Refugee Commission, a research and advocacy organization.

Erin holds a Master of Public Administration in International Development Policy and Management from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Studies and English Literature from Denison University.
