Quinn Formel joined the Mayors Migration Council in June 2023. He previously worked as Chief of Staff at Hamilton Families, a homelessness services agency. Prior to Hamilton Families he worked as Chief of Staff at Democracy Works, a civic technology nonprofit focused on easing the voting process for voters and election administrators. At both organizations he led strategic development, managed the executive team, and handled special projects as the resident jack-of-all-trades. Quinn received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Tufts University, where he also directed a sketch comedy collective. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife, where he spends his free time reading and singing to his plants.
